DEA agents Sean Vetter (Vin Diesel) and Demetrius Hicks (Larenz Tate) are fighting the drug battle along in Southern California along the Mexican border. Having grown up on the streets, they have picked up some unorthodox methods that make them really good at their jobs. They celebrate when they are able to arrest the drug kingpin Memo Lucero (Geno Silva). However, as soon as he is imprisoned there seems to be a more deadly kingpin named “Diablo” on the rise. In retaliation to Memo’s arrest, the Diablo orders a hit on Sean, but only manages to kill his wife, Stacy Vetter (Jacqueline Obradors). Sean becomes consumed with revenge as he hunts down the Diablo. He risks his career, his friends, and his very life as he rampages through the drug cartel.
